What is White Willow Relief?

It is a tisane blend that contains white willow bark, which contains salicin, a chemical similar to aspirin. This herb is believed to have anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties due to salicin. Willow bark contains salicin, which is converted to salicylic acid by the body. There are some who believe that this makes it gentler on the stomach than lab-created aspirin.

It’s not recommend to take aspirin and white willow bark together as it does work very similar to one another!
